Saying that Patti's brother [i.e. half-brother Antonio, Ettore, or Nicolo Barilli] gave a concert in a private hall that only a few people attended, with the result that he has very little money, that he is threatened with eviction from his hotel, that Rizzoli has asked La Grange to tell Patti of the situation, expressing pleasure with her stay in Cádiz, saying that all the newspapers report that Patti is to be married soon but that La Grange would like to believe that it is not true--Patti is too young and has too brilliant a career to give it up so soon--asking her to greet Louise, her father, M. Strakosch, etc.
